Health class will cover many different topics regarding health and wellness.

The areas of physical, mental, emotional, and social health will be explained and explored.

One of my main goals for students in this class is for them to learn to evaluate information

in order to make good decisions for themselves and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Course Methods

Students will be doing a wide variety of projects and activities designed to facilitate

their understanding and application of the lifeskills involved with a healthy lifestyle.
