MINUTES

MEMBERS Blake Smith , Sandra Schmitt, Meg Clark, Nancy Cawthon,

PRESENT Chris O’Quinn

STAFF MEMBERS David Kelm, Mary Tielke, Adrienne Grubb

CALL TO ORDER 6:12 P.M.

LAND SURVEY Meg Clark moved and Chris O”Quinn seconded to proceed with

surveying and replatting the proposed High School site. The motion carried unanimously.

ARCHITECT Meg Clark moved and Nancy Cawthon seconded to hire OCO of San Antonio as the architect for the High School. The motion carried unanimously.

COMMUNITY No action taken.

SURVEY

HIGH SCHOOL Discussion of committee updates. Need to set goals and prioritize for the next meeting.

NEXT MEETING The next meeting will be held Thursday, December 20, 2007 at

6:00 p.m. in the Hunt School Boardroom.

ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
